At the beginning of 2019, staff at 100K Ideas started having conversations about how to better serve our community and reach those who weren’t able to come downtown. 100K Ideas officially started holding Office Hours at locations outside of the Ferris Wheel in Spring 2019. At these locations, 100K staff members are present where they can hold meetings, intakes, as well as just talk to potential clients who are walking by. The purpose of these office hours is to bring 100K Ideas closer to the community, making our services more accessible to everyone. Our goal is to decrease the barriers those in the community may be facing in terms of starting their entrepreneurial journey.
Our current office hours locations are the Flint Development Center (FDC), Berston Field House, and the LatinX Center.

Our partnership with the LatinX Center will be officially launching in March 2021.
